I have no idea how old it is, but after doing some googling I think it may be from the 80s, but could also be completely wrong. There are no markings, so think it's just steel.

The words that came to mind were modernist and industrial.

Any help would be much appreciated 🙂

Most old timers to the boards won't click on links to look at pictures.  In the past there has been some really nasty things attached to picture links.  Use the camera in the tool bar at the top of the page you post on to actually put the pictures in your message.  It will get you more responses to your question.
