vintage ring with two number stamps 93 and 84

I have tried finding out information on this ring but I don't know enough about these things so asking for help. If anyone has ever seen this before. The ring looks like sterling silver with turquoise.  It has a 93 stamp in a circle and an 84 stamp on the side outside the circle. Does one refer to the silver and one refer to the turquoise? I don't know. Thanks everyone.
