Beautiful Men's Sterling Silver Ring With A Center Ruby and Diamonds On Each Side. The inside of the ring reads StervyLing and then the initials NRL inside a diamond shape layed horizonitally and then the number 9. (Presumably the rings size). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here are a couple of better pictures. I believe you can see the markings if you can zoom and make larger! Thanks again!

As I just posted on the Fashion Board - its very unlikely that the red stone is a ruby, DONT describe it that way in a listing. A real ruby that size would be mounted in gold, not silver, and from the color it looks more like a garnet, or it could even be glass or colored crystal.
Also, it would be a lot better if you took good close-ups of the stampings. If your camera or phone doesnt have a Macro setting you should consider getting one that does.
The "STER" probably stands for sterling. The rest of it looks like "vy ling", nothing involving jewelry come up with that name on Google. There is a "Ling" but this ring doesnt look like the kind of thing they would design. Or the mark could be for sterling with the "vy" breaking up the word in the middle.
Heres an enlargement:
