True vintage item specific

I just listed a vintage hat and when it got to item specifics it asked if it was true vintage or new reproduction. Why isn't that item specific in the costume jewelry category?!?!

Any hope for ID'ing this mark on a gold ring?

It electronically tests at 18kt gold, and the stone is apple jade.Cant tell anything about this mark tho except its letters. English letters? Cyrillic letters? no idea!Any ideas are appreciated.

At first glance I thought possible saphiret but they aren't dark brown just pinkish brown. And, only some of the beads have this frosted look. The others are a clear pinkish. Thanks for any help,Carol
