I believe this is an ankle bracelet. I have hunted all over and find no initials like this. I just know someone here knows???!!! TIA!!

I'm pretty sure it is actually CCi, and I found a necklace listed that has the same mark identifying it as Carat Creations Inc. On Justia https://trademarks.justia.com/746/55/cci-74655977.html there isn't a picture of the mark, but they say they were in operation from 1995 to 2007.
