What is the correct term for these type beads from the 60s-70s?

I wonder if someone knows the correct term for these type beads having three "leg-like" ends on each? They 'nest' or stack or layer on top of eachother. Thanks!

I couldn't find the term for 3 leg beads, but you may check Hobby Lobby or Michaels in the plastic crafts for kids section to find the name.  I used to make bluebonnets with them.

On this segment, they call it tri-beads, not sure if that is the exact bead shape you were asking about.

Thanks Kitty. I saw where they referred to them as 'tri-beads', but apparently no one on eBay calls them that (or there are none on eBay, which I doubt). Went to the Michael's site too, searched for 'plastic beads', 60+ results, but no 'tri-beads' or even similarly shaped. Hmmm. And to think the 60's-70s was my era, and I've never known the actual term for this type!

I just found some more, referred to as "Propeller Beads" (on Goog), but none on eBay w/ that term. Huh!

I've also seen them called nesting bowtie beads.  Here are some I have in Mother-of-Pearl:
