I am probably wrong but I would describe this as Renaissance Revival. Maybe pre WW2? Or Earlier?

It looks stamped. Repousse is hand work where the metal is placed in a soft material and the back is worked with a series of tools to push the metal out creating the design. Brass pIeces like this with the same exact design on multiple parts is unlikely to be done that way as it is time consuming and expensive.
