Granny, the first thing to do is probably to clear your browser cache, delete your cookies, and reboot your device -- if you can't see any Reply buttons, that means the page isn't loading properly for you, probably because the copy your browser is caching has gotten corrupted. Deleting the cache will force it to re-download the page, hopefully correctly.
If that doesn't work, then try logging on with a different browser.
