I'd use 1960s Etruscan Revival myself.  The 60s bit may actually be 70s with that amber glass, but it tells people it's not 1870s.

Hi - I'm not around much but just saw this post - based on the center photo,  my guess is this is a Goldette piece - I had a Goldette brooch a long time ago that had that same reverse carved image in purple glass.

Or the stone could have come from a third-party supplier who sold to any number of jobbers. Though the necklace is certainly elaborate enough for Goldette...

I was gonna say Goldette too!  I had earrings very similar to that - cupid in amber glass with similar gold on the clipon.
