Jools in July likes/dislikes et thread

For those participating in the sortof Secret Santa, we'll need to post things we love, hate, can't use etc.  Metal allergies, earring styles, that sort of thing.  

Here's one for me.  

Earrings: screw-back, for preference.  I don't have holes. 

I DO wear cuff links - menswear is the only way for me to get sleeves the right length.Might as well add bling to necessity!

Metal allergies: none, but I can't wear a lot of 60s plastics.  I like them; they hate me.  Wood beads can be problematic too. 

Critters: I'm a cat person, but I'll wear 'em all

Likes: copper, enamel, anything seriously strange.

Busted stuff - especially beaded things.  SIngle earrings, any and all. Things I can make into other things. 

Crazy stuff

Gold bars - as if, but a girl can dream, right?

Dislikes: rust.  Greenies are fine, orangies should go straight into the trash can.

You didn't mess anything up.  I thought it was left at not doing a preference thread because it got  complicated.  However, some people really want one, so this at least starts things off.  For me - no preferences.  I do have pierced ears but, aside from that, I prefer surprises!

I can`t wear earrings.

I love kitty pins & chunky bracelets..otherwise. ..am  just looking forward to a little summer surprise..nothing major.. just keep it simple for me. 🙂

Gauntlett, I want to say a big thanks for taking this on for all of us! 

I'm so glad folks are joining in, and we all need some laughs, for many this has been a tough year so far. 

My jewelry assistant, Lamb Chop, is especially excited, because she gets to model all my jewelry, so she is beside herself at the thought of "Jools in July"  

Here she is doing her "pouty" face (she has been reading up on how to be a professional jewelry hand puppet in these tough, competitive times), and is showing off some  Austrian sparklies.

PS. I don't know about this pouty face, but don't want to hurt her feelings....

PPS. She prefers bright bold colours and  clip ons to pierced earrings, like she has any say in this!

Likes and dislikes:

- Pierced earrings please, can't wear clips or screw backs

- The more bling the better

- Goldtone or silvertone, I like both

- I wear mostly pins and earrings, ocassionally bracelets and necklaces, rarely rings (except my wedding ring!)

- Any color but my birth stone is garnet, so dark reds are wonderful
