I believe that your first piece is by Art.  I belive I see a signature.  You can find information about the company here: http://www.illusionjewels.com/costumejewelrymarksa.html

Your second piece looks like a pretty pink flower.  Can't tell if the marquise shaped stones are glass or plastic.  You can tap them on your teeth to test them.  I don't see anything in perticular that would Id the maker.  There were lots of these styles of pins that were made by many different makers.

Thank you. The stones are all glass, no plastic. It is a pretty coral pink color

I'm with flippin treasures.  Looks like a signature under the point of the pin of the coral piece.
