Help ID and date this brooch?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any idea about the date of this brooch? I think it's probably from the 40s-60s, and the later end of that perhaps, but I'm no expert.

Also would you describe it as a sprig of flowers or a shooting star?

It's not signed as far as I can see.

As always..showing the back helps.  Viewing from the front, it  actually reminds me of many pcs I have had marked Austria.

I would refer to it as a 'spray of rhinestones'.

Thanks for your quick responses. I was going to post a picture of the back but for some reason it slipped my mind... lol. Here it is. It's not very clear here but the catch on the back is the kind that has a rotatable part that keeps the bar in place.

That part is called the rollover.  

Nope..I see no Austria mark..even tho there are many out there made the same way that do have the mark.

So is just an 'unsigned beauty'. I`d say circa 50`s on it.

Yes, I don't believe it has a mark.
