Fur or dress clips, could anyone give me an idea of their age?

Hello.  I have just joined the group.

I picked these up with a mixed lot of newer and older jewelry at an auction. I do not see any signature.  First clip is approx. 2 1/4 by 1 3/8; the second clip is approx. 1 3/4 by 1 1/2 in.   I don't see much wear on the metal.

Very nice dress clips.  Fur clips have 2 long sharp prongs.  The "Golden Age" for dress clips was 30s int 50s

Another vote for dress clips . As mentioned fur clips have metal spikes for grabbing onto the fur .
