I love Native American culture and art !

Looks like it may be the Knifewing God , the most common figure in Zuni inlay work . He is the original war God .
He is the hero of 100's of folklore tales . He is represented as possessing a human form furnished with a flint knife feathered wings and tail .

Not a definite , but my guess . Look him up and see what you think . Zuni Knifewing God
