Any ideas on who might have made this piece?

Hello.  I cannot find any mark on this neat rhinestone pin.  It is almost 4 inches long and each of those strands dangle down.  There are 2 layers to it.  I am not sure what to call those gold colored beads either?  Mesh?  Anyway, does anyone have any ideas who might have made this?  It's a really cool piece!  There are no markings that I can find. Thank you!

Don't know who made it, but I like it.  I would call the gold beads mesh.

I'm not sure but I've seen pieces similar to this that were made in West Germany and were not marked on the piece.
