You have to make sure they're free of defects and they work. You don't have to offer a warranty but a buyer has 30days to claim they don't work and get a refund.

strips lights? My brain is shot. You have to honor a thirty day warranty so make sure they work exactly like you say they do and you should be fine. But no, most of us don't offer warranties.
