Need help on id of this pottery bird bowl

I am puzzled with the maker of this bowl. Any help would be great 🙂 Stands 3" tall x 8" wide x 6 1/2" deep. Thank you for any direction 🙂

It may have been made in Japan by Ucagco Ceramics. They made pink, white, and gold luster ceramic baskets with birds.
