Need Help on Fenton (?) Glass Identification - Ruffled Bowl with Uranium Edge

I snagged this lovely little lady at auction the other day. The seller was unsure of the age/color. 

It is all frosted/satin glass; the center is white, fading to a bright blue and trimmed with a lime green. The green glass is Uranium (see photos).

I found something on Worthpoint alot like it with ruffled uranium edge.  Bowl has a different center but is called Bride's Basket by C F Monroe. Listing says "Beautiful Ruffled Bride's Basket Vaseline Rim - C F Monroe - Gold Enameled - Jeweled." So the center is not plain like yours but the outside is like yours.  That one sold for over $150. Hope this helps a little at least.
