Identifying a possible Barbie accessory?

I found this in a box of Barbie items I bought. They are marked Japan on the back but I do not know if these are Barbie accessories to an outfit or another doll. Please help!

The first Barbies were made in Japan but those don’t look like any Barbie accessory I’ve ever seen. I’m not the expert but I’m sure one will reply. Good luck!

Those are spun cotton doll heads from the 1950-60’s used for crafts. Try searching for Vintage spun cotton doll/ clown heads on a stick.
