Mid Century Amethyst Art Glass Bowl Vase with Martini Shape Help with ID

I know I have seen this bowl before over the years.  I swear I have seen in different colors as well.  I checked for days but no luck.  The glass is highly polished and fine like elegant glass but the clear thick base is throwing me.  I did check elegant glass makers too.   Measurements provided in the photos.  Any help GREATLY appreciated.
