I've been an eBayer for over 23 years now, with a feedback rating of 1140, all positive. I've never experienced any problems selling before, but I listed 2 items & both have been challenged. One is because they claim the expiration dates are too short, except those dates were listed and photographed my ad. The other sale claims that I only sent 5 of the 8 items in the ad. But they had sent a message asking me to sell them just the 5 boxes that expired after 4/2022. I even made them confirm that they only wanted the 5 boxes and they confirmed.
Blatant lies & games designed to get a much lower price. EBay assures me I will win both cases, but I won't relax until that happens.
Since when did eBay become so brutal.
