We just got our first negative feedback, buyer called us liars and threatened us with negative feedback. He violated Ebays policies and wanted us to cancel another buyer so he could get the item. How can you get away with this!!!!!!!!!!

@santa12-25-2011 The buyer would not have been able to leave feedback if they did not win the auction.
If you think that the feedback violates eBay policy you can contact customer service and see if they will remove it. I recommend eBay for business on FB if you use FB.
1. You can select the option to have eBay call you or chat from the left hand side of the screen.
https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4822&st=10
OR if it's payments related request a call back from the bottom of this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/start-getting-paid-ebay?id=4795&st=12&pos=3&query=Sta...
If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
( Social media can't help with Managed Payments issues)
2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
