What are they?  Collars which can be attached/removed?  How old do you think they are?  Any value in them?  How would you describe them?

Those are appliques that can be sewn onto T-shirts and the like. They may be a contemporary piece as these things are sold at places like Joann Fabrics. Unless someone comes along to say they are antique pieces, the value is small.
