Identify maker's mark on 14k wedding band, Sterling silver diamond ring and sterling Navajo ring

I have 3 rings that I'm trying to identify the makers of. The 1st is a 14k wedding band marked with a wide W and 14KT and the 14KT is underlined. The 2nd is a Sterling silver Navajo ring marked with an image of an animal claw, "NIE RA STERLING". The 3rd is a sterling silver diamond ring marked with an M inside a circle. Any ideas on who made them and what I could get for resale on here? Thanks so much!

I think that is an eagles claw.
