Pictures aren't necessary. It's a common fake "serial number" that wouldn't never be on a genuine LV item.
In fact, Louis Vuitton bags don't have serial numbers. They have date codes and the number you've described isn't a date code.
Here's another thread with a fake with the same number.

please provide pictures of the item icluding any tags, stamps etc.

Now the code of LV is usually in the form of 2 English letters + 4 numbers, but there are differences between limited products and private orders.
The English letters represent the place of origin. Under normal circumstances, the place of origin represented by the letters should be consistent with the made in xxxxxx displayed on the bag label.
In the 1980s, the serial number of the LV bag was only 3-4 digits
The first two digits represent the year and the latter represent the month
For example, the serial number of 856
The representative is that this LV bag was produced in 1985, in June
By the late 80s
LV company adds the place of origin after the serial number of the LV bag
For example, this 884 ET represents
The LV bag production and April 1988 France
After 90s
Serial number becomes 4 digits
Origin code, also moved to the front
2. 4 digits represent the year
1, 3 digits represent the month
From the LV produced in 2007, the first two digits represent the place of origin, the 2nd and 4th digits represent the year, and the 1st and 3rd digits represent the week.
