IS THIS MEN'S DRESS LOAFER AUTHENTIC?

I found this men's Giorgio Brutini dress loafer shoes which is in excellent condition but can't seem to find one like it. Don't know if it is vintage, custom made, or fake. Certainly don't want to list until I'm sure.  Can anyone identify this? If so what price range? I've enclosed pictures. Thanks

Authentic, regular prodection and no clue on age as they’ve made similar for decades. Probably vintage as they look pretty shortlasted but think it’s best to list without age.

Just saw the made in Thailand so not vintage IMO. Good looking looking Gator print Kiltie Tassel Loafers.

TY but I’m sure there are plenty of other shoe people around here! In this case i do think it’s a relatively moot discussion as Brutini is a volume priced line that isn’t faked. The made in Vietnam pretty much means the last 20 years so not vintage.
