The customer that purchased this did not contact me before leaving a negative.

This purse does not have a creed patch, which is confusing for a lot of people.

Anyway, I'd appreciate any information that you can give me.

The bag is an authentic Ashley swingpack and that style doesn't have a creed patch nor should it have one.

I looked at the feedback and the buyer doesn't say why she believes it's fake though she makes it sound pretty certain.

Please refer the buyer here.

I sure wish buyers would verify that they are correct before making accusatory statements and leaving undeserved negative feedback.

I hope the buyer is honorable enough to admit her error and change the feedback.

She got quite a deal on that lovely bag too!  It's a shame how she is able to leave unwarranted feedback.  I'm sure ebay can have this negative removed for you. I would give them a call.  Let us know what happens.
