When an item has no designer name or logo printed on it, it has no brand. However, you will need to be sure it is actually real silk before listing/describing it as such.
Without available threads for the definitive burn test, the next best method if unfamiliar with the hand of various silk weaves is to apply heat (i.e. swipe it with an iron or steamer) and see if it emits the distinctive chemical odor typical of polyester.
