Sorry, but "Cashmere Scarf" is not a brand (manufacturer) or a legitimate fiber content descriptor; and the Union Jack image (UK national flag) is neither a commercial "logo" nor a legal Country Of Origin Label of any kind.
With no evidence or mention of any other labeling, it is apparently a no-brand synthetic scarf deceptively labelled to imply content & origin, which is not cashmere or Made in England per non-compliance with any trade or customs laws.
