It has been like that since the beginning of purchase, and other models also need confirmation.

manual mode
Water level>Each setting>Start button

If you do this, water supply will start immediately and it should operate as set.
However, like the automatic mode, it takes time to detect the laundry and supply water.
There are times when the water supply is low and the washing starts, so you have to come in the middle and set it again.

Because of this, it is very inconvenient to use and I do not want to use the Samsung washing machine due to stress.
At home, Samsung tries to condone this problem and move on.

It's very disappointing why large corporations don't take action on this issue.

You are not contacting eBay or any kind of product support. These are user boards, other buyers and sellers. We cannot help you with issues you are having with your washer or dealing with Samsung. 

Was this washer bought on eBay? If not, there nothing we can do. Because these are USA boards, even if we did suggest any technical support, you are in South Korea, so we would not have that information to help you.
