Hello to all,can you help me identifying these doll ,and do they have any collectible value ? Some info like Years and history for him will be great advantage for me .Thanks in advance  . I attach 4 photos for reference.

The last two belong together.  I've always seen them in shops labeled Irish Kissing Dolls.  They are modern porcelain.
