Need Help Identifying Unusual Looking Barbie

       Need help in identifying unusual looking Barbie Doll.

The doll has very unique eyes and face paint.

I've tried using Google lens and reference books but have had no luck.

The back is marked:

   "©️MATTEL INC. 1966 CHINA."
