Is this American Girl Doll (2014) Cecile Rey?

Hello I have rescued an American girl 18" Doll in a Rebecca Nightgown, she had lots of nail polish on her face and hands and her hair was a frizzled mess.  Although her hair still needs work I felt she was worth saving. I am trying to ee if this is Cecile Rey who was retired in 2014? Can you help please.

Looks like she may have had a haircut by a young budding hairdresser, lol.

I don't know if one can link to the auctions here, but I went to completed listings and found many.  They go for some nice chunk of change also.  😊

Thankyou for your help...her hair is not cut I put it in a ponytail. It is still frizzy at the ends though.
