The blue Jar/vase is 13 " high, really heavy The white bowl is equally as heavy and 13 " diameter..Does have stress mark and chips. I am just curious. Thanks so much for your assistance.

Looks like a old chili Bowl.  Looks like the company is Ceramica Mephtaly.  Here ia a link to it but it changes the M to a N.  Cool bowl and the chips give it some character for sure.
