My thoughts. Japanese. Pretty bowl, extreme detail but not super "fine". Soft paste? late mid century, like 1970s? I am no expert, just a gut feeling. Would love to hear from an expert.

I looked on gotheborg.com for it under Japanese marks. I think it's an Arita mark, an imitation Chinese mark that says Greatest Ming on the right side, and I have no clue on the left side.

I'm no expert, but I feel the Arita plate in this link bears out Janet's identification. The marks and shape of the plate may be different, but the similarity of pattern design is unmistakable:
