can't help but say this is raku and there are probably thousands of students, profesionals and hobbyist doing raku. Most are  undocumented

i believed this item was made in japan,but why was writen in English i wonder now。

But I advise you not to eat or drink with it, because it is very old and has a strange smell.

That's student work. The glaze failure and the hesitant signature are indicators. It's not likely you'll find the maker. Wish I had better news.
