approx 8 x 10 inch silk cloth with asian figural embroidery & applique

found years ago at estate sale...no info .   would love to know anything about this cloth...appears to have been  cut off something....two layers of silk... vibranbt silk thread.......teeny tiny stitches..can almost see  eyes etc on white silk faces...red ribbon around edges...very detailed ...very beautiful to me...the figures coiuld be  geisha girls...?   ....circa ..maker...uses....value .... ?  any info appreciated...

I would say Chinese based on the central medallion with the figures and a rural piece. It's in a real state but restorable. Maybe Ching.

thanks....any idea when it was made or what it was used for....would the eyes nose and nmouth have been embroidered onto it?  any value ... any value...wonder if it is a collectible....in fiber arts..or some other  category. ?
