I recently purchased this antique WW1 pin at an estate sale and have been unable to identify...The pin has a large artillery shell surrounded by a wrealth with a standing lion in shield with the letters "SPA". The back of the pin is embossed "289" "WJD" and equipped with 3 hallmarks (Anchor, Lion, S). I found that the hallmarks date the piece to 1917 (during WW1). I know the piece is sterling silver but cannot find any other information. I am looking to identify the Country and unit? Any help would be greatly appeciated.

The town of Spa is in Belgium and the rampant lion is the coat of arms of Belgium.
