OMG would you help me. Gave this as a Christmas gift, turned the key and put in batteries and ...
Bugs gets hung up on the ladder and cannot move, taz did nothing, and the lights worked but the batteries became so hot I had to take them out with oven gloves. This is not what I expected from your description. Do you have another one that is not defective?
Help me out here.
