Bought these two pictures at an estate sale they either Japanese or Chinese vintage silk photos I need help with identification of the one building with the wording if anybody knows anything I would appreciate your help

The building with the letters is the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum in Nanjing, China.
Planning commenced in 1925, and the structure was completed in 1929:

By the way, I see the Wikipedia article translates the Chinese characters on the gate (reading from right to left):
The tri-arched marble gate is inscribed with the personal motto of Dr. Sun, with four Chinese characters... "Tian Xia Wei Gong" ("天下為公") which means "What is under heaven is for all."
Of course, I should have described them as characters in my first post (not "letters").
