Need help w/ ID on porcelain figurine.

I thought this might be Russian or Polish porcelain but I can't make out the hallmark.  Anyone recognize this figurine?

It's an upside down Polonnye (also spelled Polonne) mark, from Ukraine.

Janet nailed it for you.  Here's the mark in the correct orientation, and (per the link) it dates to 1954 - 1973.
