Need Help Identifying Vintage Perfume Maker

Anyone able to identify this women's eau de toilette maker? It's about a half an ounce and just shy of three inches tall. Have been searching for a fragrance/company logo using a coat of arms but have come up empty so far. There's no other writing on the bottle. FWIW has a very sweet floral scent and it doesn't smell cheap.  TIA

Perhaps it's the coat of arms of some university or college and this was sold in their gift shop?
