Might be a print that's been touched up or an original watercolor. Looks like a mythological scene and who is the artist?

Thanks so much. I believe it's been highighted in gold and touched up with watercolor in places. Maybe bought in Italy. 19th century my guess.

For the record, prints like we see here were printed in gold ink.
