By chance, does anyone have any information concerning this vintage photo (probably a rock group)? Who are they? It is signed by "Tut". There is no info on the back. I believe this photo is from the later 60's or early 70's.

That would be my guess. I'm no expert in such things, but isn't at least one of them wearing mess uniform? (And no, I don't mean Tut).
