Hi ! I’ve been searching for information regarding the base stamp on this old Cinderella Mug, but without any success.
Hoping that someone might be able to help with any information.

Are you able to read and let us know what the mark says? The photo is not clear enough to make it out at least for me. Also, you might want to show a photo of the mug in case that is familiar to someone.

Does it say Made in Czechosolvakia, perhaps? It is really unclear. It would help to see the entire piece, and not just the mark.

Hi , and thank you for your response. I’m sorry but I’m having a difficult time including photos here , but will try again. The writing says England below a vase with a symbol inside.

People are also interested in seeing the design on the sides of the mug.

There's a cracked one here, but no information as to the maker:

Morley, Fox & Co.
Scroll about halfway down the page to see your mark:

That’s exactly the same as my Cinderella mug 👍 I couldn’t find any other photos in Worthpoint though. But no doubt it’s exactly the same type of mug.

So I googled Cinderella nursery mug instead of child’s mug , and came up with a similar item from the UK which informed me that it’s from the 1950’s and the maker is Morley and Fox.

According to palmtreelucky's link (above): "In 1944 the company name reverted to William Morley & Co." If the company dropped the "F" from the logo at that time - which is just my guess, but it seems likely enough - then that would make the mug older than the 1950s.

Yes I see that now 👍 Thank you !
So the MF in a vase dates it between 1906 - 1920.
it’s an antique then …
