I purchased this small (12 x 14") painting (maybe). Is this really a Renaissance painting?

I purchased this small painting (14 x 12") described as an old oil on board.  Is this really a Renaissace painting or some kind of sophisticated reproduction?  Thank yo for your help.

It's a varnished print that has been damp, which caused the paper to buckle upon the plywood that it is glued onto.

If you put that pic into Google Images, you will probably find the original.
