Help I.D. art pottery 11" vase with weird drip glaze

Hi all, does anyone know who made this 11" art pottery vase with drip glaze, marked on bottom with the mold number "109"?  Appreciate your thoughts!

My best guess would be Burley Winter, although I could not find the exact form shown in the Swingle/Stoin text. The 109 shape number, seems to fit in with similar BW forms: 101, 106, 106A and even a 109A, that is very similar, but only 8 3/4” tall.

You are right on!  It's Burley Winter.  I found a listing of BW shapes and #109 is there with the correct shape and 11" height.  Thanks so much!!!
