Maybe you could provide some information.  Is it a tray?  Framed art? Size? Material (looks like plastic in the photo)?  Photo of back or any labels, hooks, hardware?

1920s. Venice is the setting. Publisher's name or title might be printed on the margin (hidden by the frame).

The original image was probably done in the late 1920s -  early 1930s, the sort of romantic scene made popular by artists like Marian Cole and Eugenie Poujol.  The scene, of course, is the Venice Lagoon under the full moon at Carnival time.

 

I remembered this from a long-ago thread.  Read the thread for more comments, opinions, and information on the image, also reproduced on a tray:
