Can You Identify This Pattern? Is It Northwood Carnival Glass?

Hello- Not certain of the manufacturer nor pattern name of this 9" bowl with ruffled edge. It has a flower with 8 slender petals at center and is surrounded by a very fancy "trelliswork" with additional flowers, leaves and shapes. The outside of the bowl has the same raised design. Any ideas? Thank you!Deep blue/purple/green bowl

Your suggestion solved the riddle. The pattern is "Hattie" by Imperial Glass Company. Apparently it is the only carnival glass line where the pattern is exactly the same on both the inside and the outside of the piece. Many thanks!
