Found this cool little turtle. Has one tag that says Hand Made, but no maker. Anyone know who made these?

Try searching for Millefiore (type of art glass) glass turtle which might help you find the maker.

I did a search using Millefiore, like Millefiore Blue Art Glass Sea Turtle. Out of all the listings, active and complete, I did not find one like it.

The one that sold n Tansy looks like it.

It has a tag, just not with the name of the maker. The tag says:

PREMIUM QUALITY

HAND MADE 

FABRIQUE A LA MAIN

QUALITE SUPERIEURE

I believe it is French.
